SUMMER CAMP DETAILS
CALLING ALL STUDENTS!!! CAMP IS COMING!!!
We want all students who wish to go to camp to be able to go! This is a life-changing week and A TON OF FUN!!! If you go with the right heart, you'll encounter God, meet great people, and have the best week of Summer!
In the Fall: 7th-9th Grade:
Jr. Teen Camp: July 7-11, 2025
Register by June 9
In the Fall: 10th Grade-Class of 2025:
Sr. Teen Camp: July 21-25, 2025
Register by June 23
Where: Lake Geneva Christian Center (Alexandria, MN)
Late Fee: There is a $50 late fee if you miss your registration deadline. (Jr: June 9 or Sr: June 23)
Payment Instructions:
1. You should not pay any amount to the camp.
2. You should pay New Creation $330 via cash/check
OR Venmo $340 to @newcreationwoc.
3. Write "Full Name - Youth Camp" in the memo.
Camp T-Shirt: If you plan on ordering a camp t-shirt, add $15 to your payment. ($345 cash/check or $355 Venmo @newcreationwoc)

Create an account or sign back in.
Complete all forms.
Do not pay camp; please pay New Creation directly.
Parent/Guardian Permission Form:
Please complete this form by June 9 (Jr) or June 23 (Sr).
Q: When is full payment due?
A: Please register by June 9 (Jr) and June 23 (Sr) to avoid a $50 late fee.
Full payments are due July 2 (Jr) and July 16 (Sr). You can make partial payments anytime. Make sure to write "Full Name—Youth Camp" in the memo.
Q: Are there scholarships available?
A: There was through the camp but now, please contact anthony@newcreationwoc.org for more information.
Q: Will there be chaperones?
A: Yes! From New Creation, Lake Geneva Christian Center, and MNAOG, with completed background checks.
Q: Can you pick your roommates?
A: Please list your preferred roommates as part of the registration process.
Q: Do we have to drive?
A: No, New Creation will provide transportation with adult drivers.
Q: What should I bring?
A: We will send a packing list a few weeks in advance.
Q: Can I have my phone, tablet, or smart watch at camp?
A: To enhance your experience and that of others, we collect technology upon arrival at camp on Monday and return it before we leave camp on Friday. You may use a leader’s phone to call parents during camp. Past students have said it's freeing not to have tech during camp.
Q: What about medications?
A: Upon arrival at New Creation, please submit all medications along with their instructions. A registered nurse will assist during camp.
Q: What if I have dietary restrictions?
A: The camp offers gluten-free meals, but it may be best to contact the camp and talk through meals. Please contact rachel@mnaog.org.
Q: What color team am I on?
A: Team games are a BIG deal at camp! Team colors are announced on the Saturday before camp begins, and we will let everyone know then.

Youth Pastor: Anthony Passante
Anthony and his wife, Sara, met at New Creation and were married at the church in 2012. They have three world-changing kids, amazing hearts, and a desire to see students encounter God.
