Encounter exists to help 18-24-year-olds follow Jesus in all of life. We believe the Gospel changes everything and that Jesus is worth everything. College is a time when young people are trying to find out who they are and want to be, what they love and what to do, and where they want to go in life. Ultimately, those questions and all the other questions young people wrestle with are answered in the person of Jesus Christ and what He did for us in His life, death, and resurrection.

    Prayer groups, small groups, and mentorship opportunities are available.

  • The Story & Community

    Encounter officially began in 2009 on the MNSU campus. Its core is to "Make Disciples who Make Disciples." We're a diverse group that anyone can find friends at. Grow and go deeper in your faith with others by sharing a meal, studying the Bible, and praying for one another. Follow @EncounterMNSU on Social Media for specific dates and times.

    Small groups are available throughout the week.

    Encounter is led by Burabari & Ali Kordah and Pastor Anthony Passante. Ali and Pastor Anthony have been involved with Encounter since it began in 2009 on the MNSU campus, and all three have a passion for and desire to see people encounter Jesus.
